A useful project starts with the process, not the tool. Scope, licensing, security and the expected outcome are defined before development begins.
A remote discovery session maps people, data, rules, exceptions and current systems. We review existing Microsoft 365 licences and propose the right combination of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Copilot Studio or AI Builder. Scope, timing and price are clear before work starts. We also identify dependencies, operational owners, support expectations and measurable success criteria so the first release can move safely into production.
A first working prototype is normally available within one or two weeks. Every sprint ends with a demonstration and direct feedback from the team. ERP, CRM, database, file and external-service integrations include error handling, traceability, permissions and explicit acceptance criteria.
We prepare managed solutions, environment variables, connections, DLP and deployments across development, test and production. Where a CoE exists we follow its standards; where it does not, we define the minimum governance needed to scale safely without blocking useful innovation.
Delivery includes training, functional and technical documentation, videos and post-go-live support. Projects run remotely in English through Microsoft Teams from our European base in Spain.
